Living Well with Alopecia

Many alopecians chose to shave in order to regain control but there is no right or wrong way to live with alopecia.

What does living well with it look like?

Thriving with alopecia was understanding my self-worth and my potential regardless of my appearance or the opinions of others.

Then set goals and move forward with confidence. Fake it until you make it right?

Exploring confidence

Living with alopecia can take an emotional toll.

Find a creative outlet, random photoshoot, draw, paint, play an instrument. Have fun. Recharge.

Im not my most confident here. But im having fun and enjoying myself.

allowing my self to freely express myself though creatity has built my confidence.
